  • 2016

    Quadpack Foundation, the charitable arm of Quadpack Group, is formed.

    Acquisition of Rinaplast, Quadpack’s first European injection-moulding facility, rebranded Quadpack Plastics.

    Quadpack Industries lists on the French stock exchange Marché Libre.

    Yonwoo Europe parent company Yonwoo Korea lists on the Korean Stock Exchange.

  • 2015

    Little Butterfly London, with wooden caps by Technotraf, wins the Luxury Packaging Award for Best Luxury Cosmetic Pack

    Technotraf is listed on the Sedex ethical supplier database and achieves FSC certification in addition to PEFC.

  • 2014

    Inauguration of Quadpack’s Manufacturing Division in Catalonia, Spain.

    Technotraf’s wooden pack for Armand Basi’s Wild Forest fragrance wins Líderpack and WorldStar awards.

    Quadpack joins the newly-formed Beauty Cluster Barcelona.

    Acquisition of Krampak, a Spanish provider of specialist decoration services, enabling Quadpack to offer greater flexibility and faster time to market.

  • 2013

    Launch of Montana, the first offering in Q-Line, Quadpack’s new own-brand range of packaging solutions.

  • 2012

    Quadpack inaugurates flagship office in Barcelona, housing Quadpack headquarters and the Spanish business unit.

    A new 3D rendering service, Quadpack Bespoke, is launched to enable clients to view high-quality renders of proposed packaging solutions.

    Quadpack establishes a logistic platform in the port of Barcelona to consolidate all shipments in and out of Europe.

  • 2011

    Exclusive distribution agreement with Apollo puts patented foam technology within reach of Quadpack’s client base.

    Yonwoo Europe established to expand Yonwoo’s presence in the European market.

  • 2010

    Quadpack Italy srl is created, strategically established in the ‘home of colour cosmetics’.

    Promotional company Spirit is acquired, diversifying Quadpack’s offering to its clients.

    Brivaplast distribution agreement enriches the Quadpack portfolio with state-of-the-art lipgloss and mascara products.

  • 2009

    A sourcing office is opened in Seoul, Korea, allowing Quadpack to secure trend-setting packaging innovations as they are conceived.

    Exclusive distribution agreement with RuiChang adds blow moulding and tottles to the Quadpack product family.

  • 2008

    A distribution agreement with JinSheng gives Quadpack exclusive access to an innovative range of acrylic jars. 

    SAP B1 is introduced across the group to streamline business processes.

  • 2007

    Quadpack Australia Pty created, strengthening Quadpack’s presence in Australasia.

    Quadpack Spain gains ISO9000 quality accreditation.

    Quadpack Germany GmbH is created, to service the client base in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

  • 2004

    Sourcing office in Shanghai, China, opened, bridging the gap between business cultures.

  • 2003

    Quadpack is established through the merger of Belcos, Lenglart Packaging and Gadbrook Packaging.

  • 2000

    Quadpack precursor Belcos Packaging enters partnership with Yonwoo to introduce airless technology into Europe.
