Guadiana, the luxury jar with a high-end look

Meet Guadiana, Quadpack's most luxurious jar. Its combination of attractive shape with calibrated weight translates into the ultimate acrylic jar for luxury brands. The latest member of the Q-Line family, Guadiana is designed in-house and manufactured at the Quadpack Plastics injection moulding plant in Spain. As such, it is 100% customisable, with a choice of materials, seals and decorating options that can transform it into a unique packaging proposition for the most prestigious skincare products.

Quadpack's specialists will match the right luxury material to best fit the brand's needs, considering properties such as transparency, decoration capacity and weight.

The outer jar comes in SAN, PMMA or SMMA as standard, materials chosen for transparency and weight, with a PP inner jar for product compatibility. The cap, which can be flush or leave a narrow shoulder, is SAN or PETG, also with a PP interior.

"With the facilities and plastics experts at Quadpack Plastics and our own in-house design team, we are able to offer an unprecedented level of flexibility in design," says Skincare Category Manager Julie Vergnion. "We can create versions of the same jar quickly, with ease and relatively low tooling investment. Our decoration equipment can be adapted to accommodate any design, from sophisticated minimalism to glossy extravagance. Whatever the creative brief, Guadiana is the perfect pack for premium skincare."

Decoration options include silk screening, hot stamping, metallisation and translucent colour or varnish that can work with the shape to create interesting colour effects.

Guadiana is available in 50ml capacity, the ultimate size for premium formulas.
