Krampak becomes Quadpack Impressions and reports record sales

Quadpack Group's decoration plant has a new name. Krampak, which was incorporated into the group in 2014, has now been rebranded 'Quadpack Impressions'. Two years since its inclusion, its facilities and its turnover have seen significant growth.

The rebranding reflects its full integration into the group and the incorporation of the decoration facility at the newly acquired Quadpack plastics.

A 20% increase in sales has been attributed to the reorganisation and investment carried out in its first year. Plant manager David Tanya explains:

"We spent our first year as part of Quadpack rationalising our plant. We moved into bigger and better premises on the same site as Technotraf in Torelló, Spain, and installed three fully-automated production lines: one for hot-stamping and two for cylindrical screen-printing. Our efforts are now paying off: all our machines are operating non-stop, running jobs for our loyal client base of Spanish and multinational beauty packaging companies."

Quadpack Impressions' two facilities occupy 1,550m2 and operate 13 screen printing lines and four hot stamping lines. 2015 sales were €745,000, up 20% from the previous year. Estimated turnover for 2016 is just short of €1m.

Investment in machinery continues, with a new glass decorating line planned for late 2016.
